You have decided to live at Rainier Place….now what?
Application process check list:
Step 1. Fill out a
Rainier Place Application online.
Step 2. Once your application has been approved by EDCC and forwarded to the Rainier Place Leasing Office we will contact you to finalize your housing eligibility.
Step 3. If you are eligible, The Rainier Place Leasing Office will contact you or your group representative to invite you to sign your lease. You will need to pay the refundable security deposit ($150 per person) to hold your apartment until you move in. The additional non-refundable administration fee ($150 per person) will be collected on your move in date.
